You never get a second chance to make a first impression
In the digital space this is a crucial concept
I have seen so many beautifully and brilliantly designed websites, and then I see it
Something glaring…like a hair in your soup.
A word used incorrectly (I have a personal grudge against the misuse of “loose” and “lose”)
A major typo
A link that doesn’t work
Your brand experience has just bombed…and not in a glittery good way
None of us are perfect (because where is the fun in that anyway?), but it is imperative that you get outside eyeballs that you trust to fine-tooth-comb things for you. It doesn’t mean that you won’t get the client, but you have put an unnecessary obstacle in your path to do so.
You have poured your heart and soul into this representation of who you are and the work you do and one slip up can seriously damage it
Have it proofed again…and again…and again
Your brand reputation and brand experience depend on it
