On this episode of Brand Wisdom Wednesday, I’m talking about the idea of “right-sizing” your business. Due to a tech glitch (of course!) the first video cut out, so this was picking up where I left off on Take 2…(and yet, she persisted!).

#3. What are the Core Values that guide your life and business? There are not separate values for your life and then for your business. You created the business because of the life you want to lead and the impact you want to have. What are your top 3-5 Core Values around that?

#4. Who do you need to be in order to right-size your business? In other words, what comes to mind when you think about the business you want. Do you need to be more confident in order to be seen as an expert or command the prices you want for your work? Do you need to be the practical leader in your business? Do you need to be more visible in showing up and making an impact?
