This video is a continuation of last week’s post about “right-sizing” your business.
In this week’s episode, I gave a peek under the hood of my 2018 business model and the KEY questions to ask as you plan out your business for this year.
Write down everything happening in your business that generates income for you.
Once you have that list, rank everything from most incoming generating to least. Now rank them in order of which ones you love the most. Are the lists the same?
Of those offers, which one would you like to be doing the most? This should be the one that is the most income generating for your business!
Do you have a “Core Offer“? This Offer should be the cornerstone of your business and fulfills the following criteria:
You absolutely love doing it and it gets your clients the best results from your work
For me this is The School of Branding
Next, once you’ve determined most incoming generating, most loved, does it represent where you want your brand and business to go?
Does it align with the Core Values of your brand?
Once you’ve figured that out, then you want to look at where you can systemize and make the flow as easy as possible.
Do you need all of these offers you have? In other words, are you doing things that pay the bills but are draining you energetically?
Because think about it, that’s not why you became a service-based entrepreneur in the first place.
Answer these questions, and you’ll be making smart and strategic decisions so you can have the business you want with a brand you love!
